The verse shows that wrongdoers avoid wishing for death due to their sins—like injustice, shirk, and consuming others’ rights—fearing God's judgment.
*A verse on the Forehead of the Revolution

*Title:* *“But they will never wish for it, because of what their hands have sent forth.”*
Allah says:
*"Say, [O Muhammad], ‘If the home of the Hereafter with Allah is for you alone and not the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful.’ But they will never wish for it, because of what their hands have sent ahead. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers.”*
This verse describes people who committed injustice in various forms. Their crimes make them fear death and meeting their Lord. The Quran highlights many forms of *zulm (injustice)*, such as:
- Preventing remembrance of God in mosques
- Concealing testimony
- Consuming the property of orphans
- Associating others with God (shirk)
- Lying about God
- Killing the innocent
- Supporting the unjust
- Committing indecency
- Rejecting faith after accepting it
- Hiding or distorting the truth
All these forms of injustice lead to disgrace in this life and punishment in the Hereafter. Hence, the unjust do not dare to wish for death.
