1- We strive to establish a true House of Representatives and an independent Parliament that takes charge of drafting and enacting legal legislation (through mandatory consultation), and is elected in a free and transparent manner based on mechanisms that are meticulously studied.
2- We believe that one of the most important pillars of the new political system is the construction of a strong and independent judiciary that upholds the rule of law and protects individual rights and freedoms. This would be achieved through the establishment of a Supreme Judicial Council that oversees the judiciary and interacts with both the legislative and executive branches, serving as a link between them, without being subject to internal or external pressures or security interference that could compromise its integrity.
3- We see the need to establish a Higher Council for Oversight and Accountability to oversee and regulate various public and private sectors within the state.
