- We believe military courts should be limited strictly to military personnel and restricted to violations of military discipline. Civilian courts should retain jurisdiction over crimes such as corruption, treason, and other offenses that affect the state's integrity.
- Military officers and personnel should receive among the highest salaries in Syria, with guaranteed healthcare and proper support for the families of martyrs and the wounded.
- We call for strengthening and maintaining the social bond between the military/security institutions and the Syrian people, preventing any societal rupture under any pretext.
- Military and security recruitment and promotion must be based solely on merit—regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, or nationality.
