This aims to boost morale and counteract extremist takfiri narratives, all within a dedicated moral guidance and preparation department.
- The military institution must remain subject to the directives and decisions of civilian political leadership, while maintaining full independence over its internal operational regulations governing military affairs.
- We view enlistment into military and security institutions as voluntary and call for the complete abolition of compulsory military service in Syria.
