We aim to build a state of institutions—not a hybrid, fragmented, or sovereignty-deficient state.
Syria must possess real independence that enables the establishment of a modern and contemporary state authority over its entire national territory.
This should be achieved through national Syrian institutions that are constitutional and legal, and not subject to private internal agendas or external schemes.
All Syrian citizens must be equal in rights and duties before the state's institutions, regardless of their affiliations, religions, sects, ethnicities, or differences.
Sustainable stability in Syria can only be achieved through institutional governance and by detaching the concept of the "state" from the idea of the infallible leader or the ruling party.
The people must be enabled to access political information, monitor the government and its institutions, enhance transparency, and ensure that officials are employees under the authority of the law.
