- The status of the state is measured by the rights and freedoms it guarantees to the people, the sustainable security and stability it provides, comprehensive development, and the inclusion of all national forces in shaping its present and future decisions.
- The state, with its strong and effective institutions, achieves public interests; the constitution is above all, the law applies to everyone, human rights are protected, democracy is guaranteed, and political and social participation is a right for all.
- We reject dismantling the state’s structure through attempts to fragment or divide it, or ceding any inch of its land, or undermining its sovereignty or affiliation to any external powers or entities.
- The true victory of the Syrian revolution lies in the rapid recovery to build a strong, free, independent, and united state.
