We work to raise Syrian citizens’ awareness of animal rights by highlighting the suffering of these creatures at the hands of humans and the growing concerns regarding corporate treatment of animals.

We aim to enact an effective Syrian law that prohibits violence against animals and enforces their protection from any harm.

We strive to make the care of domestic animals a commercial investment, linking media awareness to their role as human companions, in addition to organizing courses on animal rights in international laws, religious teachings, and moral philosophy.

We plan to revive and develop the “Animal Endowment” that was previously practiced in Syria before the current regime came to power.

We believe in the necessity of providing medical care and protection for animals, including food and medicine, until the end of their lives.

We seek to implement the experience of developed countries in animal care, establishing special reserves to protect endangered species and ensure their reproduction in a healthy environment.

We aim to apply international treaties and agreements concerned with animal protection, and safeguard animals from cruelty and exploitation, supporting agreements such as the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), which regulates the trade of endangered species to prevent their extinction.

We support the efforts of both local and international animal rights activists and open the doors of our offices inside Syria to cooperate in building a better reality for animal rights.

We give special attention to animals that have been harmed by bombing or destruction in any form, by providing them with special medical care so they can enjoy their right to life and benefit humans in a positive way.

We seek a deep cultural shift in the way Syrians interact with animals, and also emphasize the quality of meat-based foods, especially seafood and freshwater fish alike.
