Syria’s geography has historically been linked to its Arab surroundings, and the prevailing identity of the Syrian people is undeniably Arab.
The deep-rooted ties between Syria’s tribes and clans and those extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the Arabian Gulf have shaped a distinctive character for Syria, making it inherently part of the Arab sphere.

Therefore, we emphasize the necessity of “adhering to the Arab depth” as a fundamental pillar for any successful, legitimate, and sustainable political endeavor.

We believe that Syria is an integral part of the Arab map.

The Arab sphere represents a natural geopolitical extension and a demographic depth that embraces all Syrian components in their diversity.

We consider any foreign-origin projects that threaten Arab interests to be, by extension, a direct threat to the existence and stability of the Syrian nation—regionally, internationally, and domestically.

We reject all projects that may undermine the continuity of the relationship between Syria and its Arab sphere.
Syria must not become, due to its geopolitical position, a bridge of threat or a corridor of escalation that endangers the security of its neighbors or the broader region.

We view any non-Arab initiative as a possible contribution to Arab civilization provided it does not conflict with strategic Arab interests or pose risks to the unity of the Arab fabric.

The widespread familial and tribal connections between Syrians and Arabs across the region are a source of strength and regional embrace for the Syrian people, contributing to Syria’s stability and prosperity within the Arab world.

We believe that the security of Arab states and their peoples is inseparable from the security of Syria, and any threat to them will not leave Syria unaffected.

We affirm that Syria is the beating heart of Arabism, currently enduring a severe crisis due to the Arab sphere’s disorientation in understanding its situation and offering the necessary support for Syria’s recovery—so that the Syrian body, represented by its people, can return to its original authenticity free from sectarian bitterness or tribal fragmentation that has weakened its unity and increased its isolation.

We believe that relations between Syria and the Arab countries must be built upon mutual interests and equal respect without dominance or deficiency.

We see that a sound and cooperative relationship with the Arab sphere affirms the principles of peace, respects diversity among peoples, and refrains from harming their distinctiveness, beliefs, values, or national constants.

We affirm that the Arab sphere imposes shared rights and responsibilities between Syria and the Arab states.
Strengthening Arab trust requires reinforcing the Arab identity and rescuing the Syrian people from the horrors of ongoing war.

We regret the lack of a pivotal Arab role in ending the conflict in Syria and call for increased pressure on concerned parties to bring about a political transition and end the war.

We are fully prepared to contribute all necessary efforts to ensure that the Arab League becomes a central haven for the new Syria.

We affirm that there is no alternative and no substitute for Syria’s connection to the Arab sphere, and among our top priorities is correcting the current imbalance in Syria’s political alignment and its intersections with prevailing Arab policies.

We also assert that the current **diplomatic policies in Syria do not consider the interests of its people or those of the surrounding nations**.
Instead, they are shaped by the interests of ruling families and the perpetuation of authoritarian rule.
What we aspire to in Syria’s future is a relationship that transcends narrow personal interests, in favor of broader Arab societal peace and stability.
