One of the greatest contributions of divine laws on one side, and the civilizational history of our region on the other, is the concept of preserving the five necessities that life cannot sustain if they are corrupted or destroyed.

These are: the preservation of religion, wealth, intellect, progeny, and life.

There has been some debate regarding which of them is the most critical, but all scholars agree that preserving all five is essential, and that any violation of them is a violation of a dignified life.

We believe that it is among the highest duties of the state, civil society, public unions, and cultural elites to uphold the value of these necessities.

They must protect them and not allow any violation of their sanctity or status.

We believe that religion is among the most sacred things that must be preserved.
Religious sanctities must not be insulted.

No offense toward any religion should be tolerated, regardless of which.

We call for and support the right of every believer to freely and fully express their faith and beliefs without degradation.

We consider all religions to be a civilizational pillar for both the community and the people.
They must not be distorted, suppressed, or fought in any way.

We believe in the Syrian people's right to ownership and free access to wealth.

We oppose the legalization of exploitative taxes, theft, and financial violations by the authorities or individuals.

It is the responsibility of the state and civil society to enact laws that preserve the economic stability of the country and the people, and protect it from corruption.

We believe in the need to safeguard capital and consider it the primary driver of the market and the most effective solution to unemployment.

Protecting capital is a core responsibility of the state, in a way that guarantees the rights of workers and the poor without harming them.

We believe in the necessity of monitoring banks and raising awareness about their importance and sensitivity, as they are the incubators of wealth, investment, and economic development.

Therefore, the state must protect them and ensure the transparency of their operations, and also protect the people from their collapse or losses.

We believe that protecting pure intellect is a sacred duty.

The advancement of nations lies in elevating the status of reason and free thought.
It must be protected from corruption by combating superstition, monopolizing truth and media, and by monitoring education.

We emphasize the necessity of fighting ignorance in all its forms and restricting anything that impairs the mind, such as drugs and similar harms.

We support all efforts that promote the value of intellect and reject stagnation and blind imitation without rational evidence.

We also reject the dominance and tyranny of the authorities in abusing and belittling the people’s intellect.

We reject any notion that underestimates the Syrian intellect or its ability to govern itself.

We believe that it is the responsibility of the state and civil society to protect human reproduction on earth, considering it a sacred human right.

This must be supported through a culture of lawful and legal marriage, while minimizing illegitimate births.

All newborns, regardless of circumstance, must be protected.

Safeguarding them is a human and civilizational obligation.

Ensuring a dignified life for future generations is essential.

We reject all policies that promote forced population control, abortion, or birth restrictions.
Life is a divine gift that must not be denied to anyone.

The responsibility of authority and elites is to provide a dignified life—not to blame high birth rates and fight them.

We believe in the role of the family and the need to support it in order to protect progeny from corruption and civilizational decline.

We believe that one of the most urgent duties is the preservation of human life.

This includes fighting deviant practices such as organ trade and suicide.

Severe penalties must be enforced against anyone who violates the right to life.

Killing a single soul is like killing all of humanity and is a form of corruption on Earth.

We believe that the state must fulfill its responsibility to provide the essentials of life and dignified living.

This includes food, drink, housing, clothing, medicine, and protection from natural disasters.

The state must provide all of these to its people, considering them a sacred right of the people and an obligation of the state—not a favor or act of charity.

We believe that free healthcare is a duty upon the state and a right for the citizen.

Any negligence in supporting free healthcare or facilitating access to treatment is a crime in itself, and the state bears full and direct responsibility.
